Clocks by Lahar Broadway

Sometimes, walking through Rustica Home Furnishings can feel a bit like living out the Tell-Tale Heart. That incessant ticking!

It could be that only one of us has a guilty conscience, or it could be that you simply lack a clock of your own. If this is the case, a trip to Rustica will let you have the chance to see the timepieces handcrafted by Lahar Broadway, another friend of LagNmoor.

These clocks and watches keep real time, as well as including a scripted menu where you may select your time zone, whether or not you want bling (particularly for watches) and include realistic sounds that can be turned on or off.

Within the walls of Rustica, you have the opportunity to view many of Lahar's designs within the various furniture designs, to get an idea of how they would fit into your decor. The rich colors and realistic textures alone add beauty to a room, but the fact that they really work makes each one an excellent purchase. Grandfather clocks, wall clocks, mantle clocks, the list goes on!

Available in Lahar's own store are watches for men and women. These pieces have the same scripted options as the larger clocks, but of course are wearable and fashionable.

Also available in his store are a few more clock variations including a cuckoo clock!

We hope to see you soon at Rustica Home Furnishings!

The Thin Line

Now that the holidays are over, most of us are left with bare living rooms and walls devoid of cheer. Maxwell Graf, owner and builder at Rustica, would like to wish everyone a early "Happy Anti-Valentines Day," and offers up this sculpture, the Thin Line.

A feat of sculpted prim design, this heart can be your public statement of hurt, pain, or anti-Valentines sentiments. Note the shadows, one of the elements adding beauty and realism to the work.

When you come by Rustica Home Furnishings to check the sculpture out (3rd floor), you may sneak a peek at the new Metropolitan Collection, coming soon at Rustica!
